THE CONFIRMATION
The variety is Istrian Malvasia is the most recent, joined in the production of House of the Roses.
Energy blast is issued at the time of uncorking the bottle.
Peppery, delicate, gritty and cool.
To the nose the end with hints of white pepper and floral notes, fresh.
THE NEW BET
Much has been made lately of this grape variety, the subject of dispute, since for years it has been confused with Chardonnay.
This wine was born from a bet to remove the White Pinot from the basket of wines unjustly overlooked.
After the cellar practices and a long rest of the wine that you get is of a straw yellow color with hints of fruity-floral, not overpowering, but released slowly in the glass.
With aging acquires notes of bread crust and almond.
In the mouth an explosion of freshness that makes you want a sip after the other.

the WINE THIEVES
The idea of this wine was born one evening in the summer of 2006,when looking at the vineyards with the colors of the sunset, we decided to prolong the ripening of the grapes on the plant, delaying the harvest of the already famous and appreciated Cabernet-Sauvignon at the beginning of November.
It was risky, but the time gave us reason.
We would never have imagined that from this single vineyard from harvesting the grapes to come out of sneaking people with buckets loads of grapes.
It was now the time of harvest.
Those berries so healthy and mature that seemed to be rubies,they were not able to give you a product that will be called
“The wine thief”.
Ruby red,like the precious stone, harmonious,persistent.
The nose perceives the herbaceous notes and nuances of raspberry that with the aging blend and refine.
So on the palate, the mouth full and harmonious,with tannin that does not annoy you and with time, offers pleasant surprises.
